WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS-
We experienced a power outage this evening that is supposed to be resolved tonight by Xcel energy. Unfortunately, this outage meant that we were unable to respond to some voicemails or emails today. Provided we are up and running tomorrow morning we will respond as quickly as we can.

✨It’s national veterinary receptionists week - at Mesa we call it VA/CSR week!✨

We spend this week celebrating our fantastic team of Client Service Representatives and Veterinary Assistants. These are the wonderful humans that you speak with on the phone, and who assist you in exam rooms. They go above and beyond to assist our doctors and veterinary technicians. This team is comprised of a talented and caring group of animal lovers who work hard to provide care to you and your pets. We would not be able to do the things we do without these faces, and we are so grateful for each of them!

UPDATE 10:48am - Our internet and phone systems are fully operational.

9:27am - Comcast is again experiencing issues in our area due to the severe winds/weather. You may experience issues getting through on our phone lines. We are working to resolve the issue and will continue to post updates.

Please note, there have been reports of some carriers intermittently having issues getting through on our phone lines. At this time our phone system is fully operational.

Yesterday we were able to celebrate Dr. Dieckmann and her baby with a baby shower! We are looking forward to meeting him very soon. We are so pleased to add another baby to the Mesa crew, which history shows has been overwhelmingly filled with baby boys!💙😊

12:56pm - We were alerted to a Comcast outage in our area that is impacting our phone lines and internet. Comcast is working to resolve the outage and hopes to have the issue corrected by 1:50pm. We will not have access to phones or email during this outage.

We have had an amazing week celebrating our team that runs the back of the house!

Aside from our CVTs, we also had the privilege of celebrating our fabulous team of Animal Care Attendants. They play a vital role in our day to day operations, and we could not do what we do without them.

This team does so much behind the scenes in our hospital. They truly do it all from providing loving supportive care to our patients to assisting the technicians. This crew is comprised of a team of animal lovers with huge hearts who work extremely hard to provide the absolute best care.

Thank you Mesa ACAs, you are wonderful and so appreciated! ⭐️🐾

⭐️It’s National Veterinary Technican Week! ⭐️

We have a fun week planned to celebrate.. and we would like to take a moment here to thank our Certified Veterinary Technicians for all of the amazing work they do for our patients each and every day. We are so grateful for each of you!

Do you know what it means to be a CVT? Our CVT team is comprised of hardworking individuals who have graduated from an AVMA-accredited program in veterinary technology and have then gone on to sit for and pass a national credentialing examination. They’ve worked so hard to get here, and we would not be able to do what we do without them! 🐾🩺

‼️Attention Mesa Clients‼️

Unfortunately, there is a Comcast outage in our area. Our service was in and out through the morning, but is now completely down.

We have been notified by Comcast that their technicians are actively troubleshooting in our area. At this time we have no estimated time for a fix. We will keep you updated as we learn more.

We will remain open until 8pm, but please know that the outage has affected both our phone lines and our internet.
