I am still searching for a stud dog for Betsy.
He must be clear for Ichthyosis, as Betsy is a carrier.
Of course he must have all of his OFA clearances.
If you know of a dog on the east coast, preferably in the Maryland, Delaware Virginia or PA area, please let me know. We would prefer to do a natural breeding.

Look who came all the way from Virginia to visit me today-this is Moreton Hill's Mama Mia-age 13.75-August she will be 14. She is Sunny's mama. They sure did remember one another, and she remembered the doggie door too. You will notice that her tail is blurry-that is because it is always in motion. Mia is such a happy dog! She has never met a stranger and really loves any children she meets. She is so gorgeous! What a treat it was to see her!

I am happy to say that my two pups and Dublin have gone on to become service dogs.
They went to Pauline Hoegler in Massachusetts
Golden Opportunities for Independance where she has many programs for training dogs and dog handlers.
This is what I had hoped for them-I am so happy to hear that Sabrina has already been placed in a family and is so happy. She will go to Pauline thru the week for her next round of training, then home with her family each nite.
As you know if you have one of these amazing dogs-is that they are too smart for words and just adore their owners. Their ability to be calm and listen is also an asset.
I am so glad that these last two pups went where they belong!
It is way too quiet around here now, as Dublin went too. She took three of my dogs, which leaves me with Sunny, Sasha and Betsy.

I would like to introduce you to Miss Sabrina.
She was born on February 22 of this year,
and she was one pound at birth,
She is now 40 lbs.
She has a wonderful disposition and is learning from me and our older dogs each day about what is allowed and what is not.

I do still have her sister, but at this time I just can't figure out her name. Her sister is more dominate and slightly taller.

At this point I have figured out that I am supposed to keep them.
When they are together-its zoomie time and let's wrestle.

Both of these girls are just the sweetest!

I let the pups out for 15 minutes after the rain let up-they colected all the mud they could find. I should have done before and after pictures.

They look like they are smiling to me.
They should-they have a great life here-it is golden central.
I will have one of their brothers-Oscar here for two weekends in July, while mom goes to the beach.
I would love to see pictures of their sisters and brothers.

Sunny was spayed yesterday and she is still moaning today, but refuses to take her meds. Stubborn girl. The doc said the surgery was a little more complicated then expected, as her body thought she was pregnant. She was not in heat but was experiencing a fake pregnancy. She was producing milk as well. Who knows why?
