****Effective Immediately****

We totally understand things come up and you have to cancel/reschedule dogs but moving forward you will be required to pay the full price of service the day they are scheduled if there isn't a 48 hour notice given(this gives us time to book other dogs)We depend on this for making a living for our families as well!!!

That being said we're not going to double charge you if you reschedule within a timely manner(1-2 weeks)

**No Show/No Call Policy**

If you no show and don't call you will be required to pay the amount due that day and will be charged again for the next visit as well!!!

Our time is valuable as we have families also and I hope everyone understands!!! We appreciate you all very much and love each and every one of our customers(2 and 4 legged!)
