We love to raise and ride our homegrown horses. This little guy decided to come into the world early and out in the middle of the pasture, so I had to carry him to his stall...now he's 2 and carrying me around!!

We had a great time at the NCQHA-D5 Endless Summer Horse Show!
Thanks to a great team of people that put together an excellent weekend! And a shout out to Mother Nature for unbelievable weather for August in North Carolina! ☀️
Both Jenny & Cloud and Cathy & Willie turned out their best rides yet!! Cathy brought home a couple of wins and 💰 in Reining and Jenny had triumphs over the rope and the gate to earn half a point in Trail amongst a group of great horses!
And cannot forget to mention we got to show and hangout with our friend Morgan Anderson, who just plain makes everything more fun!!!

Here is a beautiful mare that is super talented and ready to go show! Khaleesi is a NRHA money earner and has shown successfully in Green Reiner and Ranch Riding. She circles beautifully, has an easy lead change and goes to the ground when you say whoa. Her gorgeous extended trot makes her stand out in the Ranch Riding pen.
Khaleesi has clean legs and is sound with no maintenance required.

Took us a month of those sweltering afternoons, but the little house turned out better than we could have imagined.
Lots of new skills under our belts and feeling very accomplished!

Being a landlord is soooooo much fun!!!!! Thank you Sarah Tinsdale!!! My renter, Sarah was 3k behind in rent and I had to beg her to leave. This is what I had to drag out of the house. The floors are ruined, there are holes in pretty much every wall. I am going to have to put 4 or 5 thousand dollars to even get it moderately ok to rent. So that's awesome, I'm out 8k to be able to re rent!!! Don't rent or associate with this woman. Oh and there is an entire car she rolled and left behind!! There was some change, a box of .22 ammo and a few lighters, so that's cool, I guess. She's lucky I'm not filing a lawsuit. I figure why bother, I won't see a dime and I'd only spend more money on a lawyer. People suck.
