A huge shout out to this amazing young lady right here! While Kaitlyn and River’s first dressage show didn’t go as planned, we can all learn a good lesson from her. After unfortunately being eliminated Kaitlyn was given the opportunity to still walk her test as a learning experience. While I have seen many riders just leave the ring disappointed, she rode the entire test with the biggest smile possible. While untacking she gave river a park and told her “good try River”. Keep up the good work Kaitlyn and thank you for showing us how to love the horse first and the sport second.

What an amazing weekend to finish up the 2022 show season! First a huge thank you to the Cook family with Rattlerun Farms for putting on a such a well run and relaxed show series. Secondly congratulations to Olivia for earning grand champion novice horse with lyric and reserve championship junior rider with Burt. Lastly congratulations to Cory with billy on grand champion first level open. Keep up the good work everyone!
