It is with insurmountable sadness that we announce the passing of our founder, Dr. Lloyd Kloppe. (7/12/1955-7/24/2022)

Dr. Kloppe started Durango Equine Veterinary Clinic in 1988, and for many years was the only Theriogenologist in the state of Arizona. Over the years he grew Durango Equine into the multi doctor practice that it is today. We estimate that Dr. Kloppe had an impact on several hundred veterinary students through externship and internship programs.

In respect for his unwavering dedication to his clients and patients, clinic hours will remain the same.
