It’s our instructor Tatem’s final 4-H show, so we want to send her out in style!
From Tatem’s mom:
“Joe and I are setting up a Friends of Tatem Johnson Fund. Anyone interested in supporting Tatem’s final Fair project, a hefty Dorper whether named Eeyore, can donate to the Fund, and all monies raised will be used to purchase her lamb at the Maricopa County Fair on Saturday April 12th. If we can get enough Friends to participate with $50 donations to the Fund, we can have one of those bleacher-stomping crowd-cheering memorable Auction Moments that sends the showman out of the ring in tears.
If we win the lamb, which I’m hoping we will, one lucky Friend of the Fund will be randomly selected to receive the lamb, after it has been custom processed by Thrush’s Processing of course.
If you think that you might want to participate in the Fund, please reach out to Joseph Johnson or myself. We only have until Fri April 11th to pull this together, and I’m excited that we’ve already had such a great response.”
