We are a full-service grooming spa in Phoenix, Arizona. Puff & Fluff has been open since 1973. Liz Illg took over in 2013 and has since expanded the business to multiple locations.

Here at Puff & Fluff, everything revolves around the pet! Our commitment is to provide exceptional comfort, welcoming staff, and the best customer service in the industry. Our goal is to make sure that every pet who is walked (or carried!) through our doors has the best experience possible.

Shop Coordinator Job Description

This opening is for our Litchfield location.

Litchfield: 221 N. Litchfield Road Goodyear, AZ 85338

We are currently looking for a shop coordinator who can:

-Maintain a neat schedule for all our bookings
-Check-in/out with the pet owners about their scheduled services
-Update Puff & Fluff client notes, and ensure that all groomers and bathers have all the necessary information
-Help handle pets
-Answer all phone calls or messages from the clients appropriately and on time
-Address any questions/concerns raised by the clients
-Is able to give basic customer service to our clients and be able to explain the services available.
-Keep front lobby neat and clean

We are here to serve the community of animal lovers, and we always aim to give top-notch services. So, we are on the lookout for someone who is enthusiastic about working with animals! If you think you would enjoy this role, you might just be the perfect shop coordinator for us!

Qualifications

-Must be of legal age
-Must be legally allowed to work in Phoenix, USA
-Full-time availability during your assigned shift, Tuesday-Saturday
-Must have access to a wifi-enabled cell phone at all times, and is reachable through calls, email, and voicemail.
-Must be willing to travel if needed.
-Must exhibit being trust, dependable, and reliable
-Must have good communication skills
-Must be willing to pay close attention to pets, and follow directions from pet owners.

We are a pet-loving group of people, who love to see Pet Parents and pets come together! It is our goal to make sure that everyone that walks (or is carried!) through our doors is happy with the service we provided them.

Puff & Fluff has been open since 1973. Liz took over in 2013 with the Uptown location, and has expanded around the valley with five other locations.

We are a full service pet grooming salon in Goodyear. We have 5 locations around the valley and are looking to add to our team! We want to see your creativity that you bring!

Who we are looking for

Do you have a love for pets? Do you enjoy giving those pups a makeover to help them feel better?

We are looking to hire an experienced full time pet groomer at our Goodyear location. Full time groomers are required to work weekends. Applicants must have experience working with all breeds big or small. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds. Applicants will be required to perform a test groom on a pet. We take pet safety very seriously and would treat each pet as our own.
