We will be having a Reduced Fees Adoption Event Friday January 6 and Saturday January 7 from 9am-6pm at the shelter. Only dogs that are aged 6 months and up will be included in this special. The fees will be reduced to $10. The shelter will be open from 9am-6pm. Please spread the word!!

We have a new date for the Adoption Event and Fundraiser for TMAS & Humane Society of West Alabama hosted by Good Dog Tuscaloosa ! Save the date for January 29th from 2pm-5pm!

It's our favorite time of year! We are seeking sponsors for our upcoming “Christmas with Cops” program. We have partnered with local Northport schools and Northport Walmart to give children a fun, meaningful Christmas shopping experience. Each child sponsored will be paired with a police buddy, picked up from school in a patrol car and taken to Walmart for a shopping spree! Sponsorships are $200.00 and the whole $200 goes directly to the child in the form of a Walmart gift card. All donors will be recognized on our “Christmas with Cops” t-shirts.
