Thistle is a sweet lil doe and is definitely a lilac otter 🦦 💙
(Her foot is looking well and her two toes most likely will fall off but I think she will be able to hop just fine. A vid of her hock is on my story.)

For those of you who have messaged me asking if something is rapped around its foot.
As you can see better in this video nothing is cutting its circulation off. Yesterday the bottom of its back hock was bleeding a little bit from where it was probably nipped by his/her first time mother. The rest of the foot is black and blue and most likely is broken, may have been stepped on 🤷🏼‍♀️ either way this bunny is gonna be just fine and will be greatly taken care of, I’m very aware and attentive to my rabbits and not many things hit me from left field, although I’m far from perfect and am happy and love to learn more. I’ll keep yall updated on how its foot heals ❤️ thank you for being so concerned and helpful I appreciate all your input. 🥰

Looks like this lil thing has a broken two toes and ankle on its back hock. I saw this yesterday when it was born but I was hoping it was just swollen from birth but it’s now black and blue and still swollen 😢 so whether buck or doe now can’t be shown but I think he/she will be a beautiful brood.
I won’t check gender for another week because I want to give that foot time to heal.

Baby Broken Foot
