While it may just look like a couple of little fluffs having a good time, this early puppy play is critical to a puppy’s social development. Dogs playing together from a young age teaches them communication and self- control.
Dogs learn a lot through other dogs… It is a great idea to have a puppy play with a well-rounded, nice adult dog to help teach the puppy it’s bite inhibition and to correct the puppy when the play gets too rough.

This is what beginning to shape the “place” command looks like a couple of days into training.
Dani is 12 weeks young and the value we’re creating in association with her bed is an imprint that will last forever.
Soon she’ll be flying to the bed with a full head of steam in anticipation of her reward. Once that’s become an automatic response to the mere sight of her bed we will begin to name the “place” command.

🐶 Meet NiRAN! Our newest student! NiRAN’s parents were really struggling as first time dog owners. Luckily they found us! Our K9one puppy program is designed to help puppies and their people get a head start in life.
First we start by crate training the puppy which has many benefits. Then we teach them to walk properly on leash without pulling or jumping. Next we teach every pup their name and to pay attention when they hear their name. Then all of the commands: sit/stay, down/stay, place, climb, come when called, and heel.
🥇Our goal is to get every dog to their personal best and puppies under six months old are welcome back in a few months after they graduate for a free week of refresher training when they’re a little older and more mature.
🎓Training is one of the best gifts you can give a dog especially at a young age!
