One of my favorite rooms in my house is my library! It's cozy and so very comfortable. It is the perfect place to relax and now it has achieved an even better level of perfection because my Charming likes my library as much as I do. When I sit in here he comes and joins me. Life is pretty good here at Our Pomsky Yard!!!

Anyone that knows me knows that winter is not my favorite time of year. Even though snow is beautiful especially at Christmas time the cold weather here in Michigan gets really long. On the other hand, our Pomskies are very glad that we live in a northern state where they get to enjoy the cold and snow. Here are some more pictures of Lady on a snowy day that you can clearly see that she loves.

Charming lives up to his name! He is so gorgeous and can't stand being away from his Lady. They get along so well!!! Charming is charting to be 20 to 25 pounds which is just what we need for a second-generation Pomsky. He is a little shorter than Lady but very stocky, which makes him a great male for breading. We are very excited as we continue our journey in the Pomsky world!

Once we chose Lady we then needed to find the perfect male puppy for her. We did genetic testing for Lady and were wonderfully happy to know that she has the gene to be able to have the rare and beautiful Blue Pomsky!!! Since she is a carrier, she is not blue herself, we knew that we needed to find a male that is a carrier as well in order to have gorgeous blue puppies!!
Starting with reputable sources we expanded our search for our boy. The first picture of this male puppy I saw I was so excited, he was beautiful but I needed to make sure that all the tests came back good for us. We had to make sure that he was not a carrier of DM, you don't want that for a breeder, and we needed him to be a carrier for blue puppies. When all the tests came back and we found out that not only was he in great shape with great genetics he was also determined to be a carrier for Blue!!!!!
So we were ecstatic to bring him into our family, and he came home two weeks after we got Lady. Our Lady now has her Charming! And these two dogs are going to have healthy beautiful puppies! So excited!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lady is two months old in this picture and so cute!!! She is charting to be about 20 pounds which is the perfect size for an F2 Pomsky (second generation). I tell you she is like PERFECT!

About ten years ago I saw this new breed of dog, the Pomsky. I fell in love with them almost immediately and knew one day that I was going to get one of these cutest dogs ever! As I did my research I decided that not only did I want to own one of these but I wanted to enter the world of breading. Yes, I know it is a big task but with the backing, support, and lots of help from my husband and son we have embarked on this new journey.
In November of last year we brought home our wonderful little Lady!!! We have fallen completely in love with her as she has come into our home and our hearts!
