Today I got some of the worst news imaginable 😭😭 Votto from Prim and Ford’s litter this past year was lost due to a severe intestinal blockage. His family tried everything to save him. Let’s wrap our arms around them as they go through unimaginable pain from such a huge loss. 😭😭

Happy Sunday everyone!!♥️♥️
I apologize for the lack of posts the last few months. Life got a little crazy but don’t worry all is good and we still plan to have puppies this year. The dogs and I just finished moving to a new home!!! So we are busy busy getting settled. No worries we are only about 30 minutes from our last place. If you need the address to mail in spay/neuter certificates please just message me. Here is a little Ford and Prim snapshot from playtime this morning. Successful day!! Both Prim and Ford had two qualifying runs for Fast CAT!! 🥳🥳 Briar said no go today and just watched from the sidelines. She is our adorable little couch princess 🤣🤣 Ford and Prim for sure think this is something we should do every day…..they are obsessed!!

We had a great morning trying Fast CAT for the first time!! Prim absolutely loved it and qualified on both runs ☺️☺️ Briar and Ford aren’t sure yet if this sport is for them. 🤣🤣

We survived the 1 point curse and Prim went Winner on Sunday for her last point. Pending AKC approval we have a new champion in the house 🥳🥰🥳🥰

We have of all puppies and adults tested for deafness. It is so critical in Dalmatians

Congenital deafness has been reported for approximately 80 breeds, with the list growing at a regular rate; it can potentially appear in any breed but especially those with white pigmentation. Congenital deafness in dogs can be acquired or inherited and the Brainstem Auditory Evoked Response (BAER) test is the only accepted method of diagnosis.

Unfortunately this sweet boy’s family had some life changes and he is now back with us. He is so friendly and outgoing. He is from Briar and Ford’s litter so he is just over 4 months old. He is liver spotted, bilateral hearing, and LUA. PM for in fo.

Priority will be given to previous puppy families. We will be incredibly selective on where this boy goes so he finds his perfect forever humans.

Where do I even start...today the universe decided it was time for our girl to turn into a guardian angel....today we lost our best friend. Abi was loved by every single person that ever met her. I got Abi at the ripe age of 18 while studying abroad in Brazil. I had no clue then everything she would do for me in life. We grew up together over the last 12.5 years. She made me fall in love with the dalmatian breed and was the absolute inspiration for Buckeye Dalmatians. She was my rock and support during some of the hardest times of my life. Together we moved to one apartment and three homes. She ate more furniture than we would all like to admit. And most importantly we found Austin the best dad she could have ever imagined. She loved being the perfect truck dog that went everywhere with us day or night. Let's face it she thought she was a human not a dog and we didn't mind it that way at all. There was never a piece of fried chicken that went uneaten with Abi around. We knew this day would come but there was no way to ever be ready to say goodbye to our best friend. I really hope she is in a beautiful land on the other side where she has no anxiety and she can hear every little noise as she smells every flower in the field. I love you my Abi girl rest easy.

Tonight it happened! Sky went to his new family and is already best friends with his new big brother. So happy to have such a fantastic family for him. We are “empty nesters” until spring 2025. Now excuse me while I deep clean and organize puppy stuff…and get a little bit more rest than usual ♥️🥰♥️
