The last of the alpacas left for their new home today. It’s very quiet in here. Kind of sad. Zeus is also sad. He and Zendaya don’t have anything to guard. They are getting a lot more attention these days.

Our herd is headed to New Hampshire. This was a hard day for us and our farm hand. We will miss them but now we can explore and enjoy other things in our lives not being tied down to the farm. We know they are all going together to a good farm. I’m sure they will love them as much as did.

Today is Small Business Saturday and the first day of our Christmas in the Alpaca Barn Open House. Stop by, see and feed the alpacas and shop a local business for unique gifts made with alpaca fleece. This could be the Winter you and your loved ones may need very warm socks, hats and scarves. We will be open today and tomorrow from 10am to 4pm. Just follow the signs.

The store will be closed for Thanksgiving Day. We will reopen on Friday from 10am - 6pm. Don’t forget to join us at our Christmas in the Alpaca Barn Open House 10am to 4 pm Saturday and Sunday. This will be last time you can see the alpacas at our farm. Our store will be open and is filled with holiday gifts.

With only 40 days until Christmas start your shopping now! Our Little World Alpacas will be at the Frostville Farmers Market this Saturday from 10:00 to 1:00. We will have a variety of hats, gloves, socks and much more!

Our website has been forwarded to our online store website, The Great Alpaca Place. Since we won’t have alpacas on the farm, we will only be continuing to sell alpaca products in our farm store and online. Thus, no need for a website to promote our animals.

We still carry handmade alpaca products, candles, soap and an assortment for purses, sweaters and gloves.

We are also still hosting Christmas in the Alpaca Barn, November 30 and December 1 from 10am to 4pm. You will be able to visit all of our alpacas one last time and shop for a unique holiday gift.

We appreciate all of your support over the years and will continue to provide quality alpaca products at our store and online.
