I’ve got two purebred Bengal cats available for adoption to be barn cats. One male one female would love for them to go together but not required. These two are not super affectionate and would make a great addition to a barn for mousers. Bengals have a higher pray drive than most cat breeds and the barn Bengal Katnis at TVS is amazing at her job. No rehoming fee but will require a spay and neuter contract to ensure we’re not adding to the wild cat population.

I’m so in love with this litter of Bengal babies. In a few weeks they will be ready for new homes. 2 boys and 3 girls.

TVS has 2 rare openings coming available in June. 12x12 matted stalls all with lights. I do have 1 stall with a 30ft x 12ft run as well.

Feeding - your choice of Alfalfa or Orchard grass up to 4 flakes per day at no extra charge. Feeding times are between 7am-9am and in the evening 7pm-9pm. We feed owner provided grain.

Cleaning - All stalls are cleaned and re-bedded daily with fine shavings. Waters are of course cleaned as needed and checked multiple times per day.

Turnout - Usually horses are out from 12:30pm to dusk. Horses without stall runs go on turnout with 1 to 2 other horses 4 times per week weather permitting. Turnout buddies depend on the pasture size that they are in for the day and all horses are paired with like minded horses. Active and playful get a playful buddy to have fun with, calm and chill get a calm and chill buddy to graze with. Horses in stalls that have a run go on pasture 2-3 times per week.

All Inclusive - TVS strives to be an all inclusive facility were owners can come and enjoy their horse and leave all of the work to us. Blankets are changed for the weather (owner provides blankets) fky masks and fly spray is also indluded (owner provides) as well as 2 in house blanket washings per month per horse.

We're primarily a APHA/AQHA show barn but we love all breeds of horses. We have pleasure riders, dressage riders, and mini horse owners.

Barn and arena are closed today due to the new arrival of our c**t! We welcomed baby at 2:28am this morning. We couldn’t be happier to have this baby join our family.

TVS Boarder spotlight! Let me tell you about this handsome fella named Brody. Brody is Mule owned by Michelle. She’s had him since he was very young and they have a special bond that nobody can match. When Michelle pulls in Brody brays at her. Brody watches over the farm during the night to make sure no predators come on the farm without us knowing. He’s a ham, he’s a love, he’s Stewart’s twin from mad tv.

With all of these boarder spotlights, I must shoutout our MVP here at TVS Eryn Brucie. If you don't know Eryn is the barn manager here. Eryn joined the TVS team in April of 2022 and quickly learned all of the horses and their individual care. Eryn keeps everything flowing smoothly in the barn. TVS wouldn't be what it is today without her.

This week's boarder spotlight is Mack! Mack is a gorgeous tall apendix paint that is trained Dressage. When he is not strutting his stuff in the arena he is spending time on turn out with his bro's Wall-E-, Biscuit, and Finale. Mack most likely has the most nic names out of all of the horses. Mackers, Mack Attack, Macaroni, Handsome, Boyfriend, Mack Daddy, and Mackie. Owned, Loved and spoiled by Sharon Wicken ❤️

Tahoma View Stables, LLC's mascot Miss Sundae (APHA, Sweet Like Sundae). Sundae has been with me since she was 1 year old. She was shipped all the way here from Ohio in 2019. She makes every moment in the barn sweet. Everytime she smells me she makes it known that she would like to be first for pets and scratches. I'm pretty sure we spend more time in the wash rack than in the arena keeping her whites white and her brights bright.

Sundae is the first for our upcoming barn spotlight posts. A photo, bio, and cute story will be shared about some of the unique horses that call TVS home.
