Gemma update: her last shot was Jan. 31. Had blood work on Jan 27. Her blood work came back that she still had some sort of infection . So we decided as a precaution to extended her treatment. I had ordered two different medicines(one was a probiotic, not so important!) and they were to arrive Feb. 4! They were lost in transit!!!!!Arrive Feb. 10th. I had an oral medication different than what she had been taking, so no shots for now and Gemma is doing wonderful on her NEW medication.

This is Marshall! He was a crazy wild kitten but we thought he had something special. He was maybe 12 weeks old. Marshall is one of the sweetest kittens, purring and wanting to be held. It took two weeks just to touch him, but after the first petting he was hooked.

His coat markings are beautiful, he is gray tabby with red. He is only 8-9 months old so he will be a big boy

What a day, brought our kittens to Zeus rescue is NOLA. No sleep last night just praying I was making the right decision. We saved their lives and I hope they get a wonderful forever home…it’s all in Gods hands. I miss them so much, it is so quiet and empty without my 10. So our count is 97 kittens rescued with 51 adopted, 12 waiting at a rescue for adoption.

Our Island cats going to find their forever home. Oh! My dear heart. These are some of the sweetest kittens.

Tuesday February 4th we have 12 of our cats and kittens going to Zeus Animal rescue on Napoleon Ave in New Orleans. This is hard for us but we have to let our babies go find their forever home. I have been sad that I have to let them go, but happy that they will find loving homes that we have been preparing them for. If you know of anyone in the NOLA area looking for a cat or kitten, ask them to go check out our babies.

Thank you for your support.
