Toucan now Trooper is an older 100+ lb male Anatolian Shepherd who was abandoned at MCAS, became a GRHS dog and was adopted and surrendered back TWO TIMES.
His current owner adopted him 2 years ago, hired a trainer, put in the work and he is now doing great!

Grandpa Bob is a 10 year old male pittie mix who weighs 55 lbs. Grandpa Bob’s name may suggest he is getting up in age, but this guy still has really good energy and a thirst to explore. He is confident, adventurous and happy to lead the way. Grandpa Bob also enjoys relaxing especially when getting petted or his back scratched. He does pull some on the leash, but is learning to walk next to you. He does “sit” for treats. This old dog can learn new tricks!
