Limited registration is for owners who do not want to breed. I ask that you keep a watchful eye � on your puppy until he or she turns two years old before spay/neuter takes place. This is to allow the puppy to develop fully mentally and physically which help avoid aggression and illnesses like cancer or hi

p and elbow dysplasia. There is still no guarantee your puppy won’t get these things but waiting two years helps more than not. Full registration with breeding rights allows you to use your puppy for stud service or breeding. For males, I ask you wait until he is 18 months minimum and then start testing the semen levels before sticking him in a kennel or yard with some random female. And for the females, I ask you wait the full two years before breeding so she can develop and mature fully in order to handle a litter of puppies naturally and instinctively. This gives new owners plenty of time to find books and vets in reproductive programs so you can learn all you need to start successfully if you choose full registration. You need to learn about progesterone testing and what that means to your bitch.

Sky is much better. She Carrie’s her toys around again and mean a lot for her. If she doesn’t have a toy with her, she is not well.

Thanks everyone for the prayers. The rest of our rotties and frenchies pulled through this canine flu.

They will get vaccinated within the month and a booster two weeks after that for the flu.

Canine Flu

It pains to me to say but I have lost a French bulldog last night to the flu. She was only eight months old.
I have a Rottweiler in hospitalization and the vets are working hard to bring her out of the condition she is.

If you have not talked to your vet about the influenza vaccine, I recommend you do now before your babies get this.

There is an outbreak in Texas running rampant and it got into my home and kennels. I have multiple dogs facing grim situations.

There are two different flu vaccines for dogs. One only cover the H3N8 strain and the other works for H3N8 and the H3N2 strains. Ask your vet for that one so both are covered. Ensure your pet has the bordotella vaccine too and boost them for their annual if your vet recommends it.

Once the dog starts coughing, you cannot safely administer the vaccines. The flu shot will require a booster in two to four weeks and then annually after that.

I’m told if you have one dog experiencing the symptoms, you should isolate the dog immediately and start supportive treatment with hydration, steam baths, etc. look it up and call your vet.

Please don’t think you are safe from this. And it’s very airborne and contagious. It lives on your clothes and hard surfaces for days.

I am not giving you legal or medical advice. This is from my personal experience and the nightmare I’m living right now.

Anyone I know do powder coating or some sort of finish that lasts better suck as cerakote?

I have some brackets for food/water bowls on my kennels and the water spillage from the dogs causes the brackets to rust.

They hold metal stainless steel bowls which snap in and out of the brackets so the finish would have to hold up to moving it in and out of the brackets without rubbing it off.

Maybe even Kevlar or some type of bed liner finish could work?

Our beginning

It took me years to hand pick my #Rottweiler Isabella Von Darr. Her mother is Williams’ Nala and has six CH titles in her four generations pedigree and her father is Sir Banjo Von LeRoy with one additional CH title in his pedigree of four gens.

Sir banjo Von LeRoy weighed a heavy 160 lbs of pure muscle strength and Williams’ Nala weighed about 110 lbs. they produced some great litters.

On the last litter from these two, I handpicked the runt. Her temperament seemed great and she seems to show affection while having the urge to learn. Remind you I had been looking for her for years but other dogs just didn’t seem to be mine.

I’ll show photos and videos of Bella as is her call name from age eight weeks up until present day.
