Make sure to wish your clinic’s vet techs a happy National Veterinary Technician week! This week is a special time to honor the hard work and dedication of our veterinary superstars! 💗🌟 In celebration of vet tech week we will be closing early on Friday the 20th at 1pm. Make sure to call the clinic with any questions or medication refills before 1pm so we can make sure you and your pet are all set for the weekend!

Believe it or not, your animals will eat almost anything, and ER/GP Vet Clinics are seeing these cases more often these days. Stay in the know and save yourself an ER visit by looking for signs ☝️☝️

The most common signs are: unsteadiness on their feet, lethargy/deep sleep, vomiting, dribbling urine, flinching, head wobble, large pupils, drooling, and low heart rate. If you suspect your pet has eaten THC they should be seen by a veterinarian to determine the best course of treatment. Some intoxications can be severe and require hospitalization while others can be treated as an outpatient.

Miss Luna has been frequenting the clinic since December due to a large wound she suffered while out running through the woods. This week was her last visit and she is almost completely healed! It has been a journey for her and her dad but she has been the best patient and loves to give kisses every time she visits! We are so happy for Luna and her dad! ❤️

Duncan has had a rough start to the holiday weekend but he’s feeling better with his newly bandaged leg! He’s settled in with his family for the holiday weekend.
