Desperate For Help! This cute, cuddly, little guy is desperate for help. He’s been attacked by another dog, went through surgeries to heal and then just to lose the only home he’s ever known when his family became homeless. He’s in a kennel now but failing and needs a home or temporary foster asap as he is now available for adoption as the family faces their reality. They want what’s best for him. Our famous Manx kitty Louie (previously known as Jaifarr) finally got his happy ending! He has a fantastic momma and a handsome pup brother. So happy for this beautiful family! Wishing them many happy times together!

So this little guy is one of the 9 pups that escaped death by mere minutes! He is still looking for his forever home. Yep, we know we said they were all adopted but life happens...
The family that adopted him was broken-hearted when they brought him back to us but they are having some unforeseen personal issues and just are not able to care for a puppy right now. They did the right thing and really hope you can give him a second chance. ** Posted originally as "Mittens", we decided to keep the name "Maverick" because he seems to like it better!
