Megan VandenBerg is a Certified Master Groomer. She has been grooming since 2009 and has been with Whiskers since 2011. Megan has owned and loved Kerry Blue Terriers for 15 years. She is a breeder of Kerry Blue as well as Dandie Dinmont Terriers. She has finished the American Kennel Club (AKC) Championships of various breeds including Kerry Blue Terriers, Dandie Dinmont Terriers, Miniature Poodles and Cocker Spaniels. Megan has been successful not only in the AKC breed ring but also in the competitive grooming ring. She has competed at some of the most prestigious grooming competitions with multiple placements with her dogs.

Megan enjoys traveling, riding horses and hiking with friends and dogs when not at work. She shares her home with her Kerries, 3 Siberian Forest Cats, a Cornish Rex and Brian, the American Cocker Spaniel. She is currently training her young Kerry Blue to compete in Dog Sports.

Megan has recently moved from our main office to join the team at our Cascade location. She has extensive experience in handstripping as well as hand sc******ng on both purebred and mixed breed dogs. She enjoys doing breed specific show trims as well as giving pets super stylish haircuts. She is looking forward to serving her current clients and meeting new furry faces. Employee Spotlight: Becca
Becca recently joined the Cascade team as a bather. Becca started at Whiskers Resort & Pet Spa as a Receptionist in September of 2022.
Becca favorite breed to bathe is Airedale Terrier& Shih Tzu.
Becca loves Shih Tzu, Newfoundland, Leonberger, Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, Pomeranian& Airedale Terriers.
In her free time, she loves to go camping, sewing, cozy games, writing.
We are so happy to have her as part of our Cascade team, her love and attention towards our guests is top notch!

Today, we bid farewell to our beloved bather Kai, who’s off to school and starting an exciting new chapter in her life! 🎓✨ We’ve loved having you with us, and we know you’ll do amazing things! You’ll always be a part of our family. 💙

As one chapter closes, another begins! We're thrilled to welcome Becca to the Cascade team. Becca been with Whiskers Resort & Pet Spa as a Receptionist, Pet Care Assistant, & Bather. She will be joining the Whiskers Cascade Team as a Bather. 👋🐾 We can't wait to get to create some wonderful memories together. Here’s to new beginnings for all!

Last week Thursday we bid a heartfelt farewell to Mariah, who has been an incredible part of our team. Mariah's contributions, dedication, and positive energy will be greatly missed, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

As we say goodbye, we are excited to announce that Megan is joining our Cascade team. Megan been with Whiskers Resort & Pet Spa for many years. She started out as a Pet Care Specialist, has also worked as a Receptionist, & then joined the grooming team at the Main office in 2010. Megan brings a wealth of experience in dog grooming, and we are thrilled to have her on board. We look forward to the fresh perspectives and energy she will bring to our team!

Lennin recently joined the Cascade team as a bather,
Lennin doesn't have a favorite breed to bathe, He loves them all!
Lennin loves Pitbulls :) Large, small, medium dogs.
When not at work, Lennin enjoys time Running, playing music (bass guitar), watching/going to movies and going on walks.

🐾 Thanks for a Great Week, and Meet Our New Visitor! 🐾

We’ve had an amazing week full of good vibes and cozy moments… but today just got even better! 🎉 A sweet new pup stopped by to brighten our day, and we couldn’t resist sharing the cuteness overload with you all! 🐶❤️

Meet Finn the cavapoo groomed by Jen! He showed us love by wagging his tail or giving us the sweetest puppy eyes, this little bundle of joy certainly knows how to make an entrance. 🐕✨

It’s always a joy to have new faces (or paws!) around. Looking forward to more tail wags, belly rubs, and puppy love!
