We will be closing at 5pm today.

Dr. Knowles will be here from 5:30 - 7:00pm this evening. We hope you are able to stop by, say hi, and celebrate his career here at Forest Hills Veterinary clinic. We will miss seeing him on a regular basis, but we know he'll be around to always help out.

We wanted to let you know that Dr. Knowles will be transitioning from his continuous role at Forest Hills Veterinary Clinic after July 31st. For the past 30 years, Dr. Knowles has been an integral part of our community, and he will greatly miss seeing you and your pets.

Please join us in honoring Dr. Knowles on Friday, July 26th, at Forest Hills Veterinary Clinic from 5:30 PM to 7 PM. We look forward to celebrating his dedication and years of service with you.

Congratulations to Kelli and her husband, Ben, on the arrival of their sweet little peanut. Both Kelli and baby are doing great and resting comfortably at home.

Does anyone recognize this sweet little peanut???

He was found on Grandville Ave. He is neutered, but does not have a microchip. The good Samaritan, who found him, is unable to keep him and will be taking him to Kent County Animal Shelter this afternoon. Please let us know if you know him.

🚨 Pet Safety Alert 🚨

As the weather continues to heat up, remember: NEVER leave your pets in a parked car! Even with cracked windows, temperatures can soar to deadly levels within minutes. Your furry friends can suffer from heatstroke, brain damage, or worse.

👉 Facts to remember:

• On a 75°F day, a car's temperature can reach 100°F in just 10 minutes.
• On a 90°F day, it can hit 160°F in less than 10 minutes.

🐾 What to do:

• Leave pets at home if you can't take them with you.
• If you see a pet in distress in a hot car, call local authorities immediately.
• Spread the word to friends and family – let's keep our pets safe!
• Stay vigilant, stay cool, and keep your pets cool too!

She was found at Leonard and Crahen intersection by Township Park. If know her please call the clinic 616-949-7420 and we can help you get in touch with the good Samaritan that is taking care of her. She did have a microchip, but it was not registered.

She is very sweet and cuddly
