Dixon's Fosters This site details our current foster animals. Information about them including their stories, adoption status and of course, cute photos!

Do you want specific information about a certain animal or would you like information on adoption, please message us! We use gentle training techniques that include gentle touching, singing, and play. The pups are litter trained to make for easy transitions to outside. Most puppies will have also cuaght on to sit and other signals before they are ready for adoption. The pups are socialized with ou

r dogs as well as a lot of different people. Our adult dogs are well handled to ensure that they do not have food or other aggressive behaviours. They are exposed to various people and other pets, such as cats.

Have to share something heartwarming that happened yesterday in our foster dog family trees. We were able to reconnect with one of Molly’s puppies - the handsome Reynold! These pups will be 12 is September and I am not sure how many are still around. I only know of 2 out of 10. Molly is almost 14 (+\-) and is still living her best life!! (Pics of Ren and Molly)

We also matched DNA to one of Babe’s sons from a litter previous to Jackie and the rest of the All-Stars, and to one of Babe’s sisters!! So cool!

I know the dogs don’t care, but it makes me happy to see their families out in the world living their best lives. ❤️ You go dogs! Keep on keeping on!

We were so lucky to have such a wonderful group of adopters for Babe’s litter! We just received photos from them all and they are doing great! We loved all the stories from the sensitive stomachs a couple have, the happiness, the protectiveness of their families and the just all around good dogs they are. We are so grateful!

Jackie finally teaches Babe to play tugs!

It’s been a long time trying to teach Babe tugs, but this old momma dog finally figured it out!

Babe, could be your ticket to making 2023 the best year ever! Babe is such a loyal and good girl. She will be your best friend from now until always. She loves to hang out and be by your side, she loves belly, rubs and going outside. She loves to protect her yard from squirrels and rabbits, so you’ll always be safe with her by your side. Her confidence is growing but she would be best as the only animal in the home. Give this All-American girl a chance, she would be so grateful if you made her dreams come true.
