We had a great weekend trail riding with several of the horses and boarders of Four Arrows. The teenagers were a little crazy but our horses handled it with ease.

A Special RL

Myla is a 2015 mare by RL Best of Sudden. She’s about 15.2hh and built like a tank. Would be best fit as a broodmare. She is content living in a stall or outside. She does best when she’s able to get outside as she does get alittle stiff in her stall. Would be a good walk trot horse for any level of rider, however she has some quirks when it comes to the lope. Good with clippers, needs a twitch for her ears and bridle path. Good for the farrier. Loads and hauls well. Stands tied. Not spooky.

Sally has been there and done that. Safe and easy for any level of rider. Stands at about 15.1 hh. No vices or bad habits and is sound. Trail ride her, rope off of her, use her for lessons, or 4h. She is as easy as they come! Sally has been used as a head and a heel horse as well as for lessons. She neck reins, easy to w/t/c, and has breaks.

Fergie is a 10 y/o paint mare standing at about 15hh. Fergie would be a great trail horse or 4-h horse. She knows the barrel pattern and also ropes. She has been started on the heel side, just needs finished. She’s a very easy keeper and currently barefoot. Not buddy sour and can be rode alone or with a group of horses. She is content living outside or in a stall. She hauls great, stands tied, and is good for the farrier. She does NOT like clippers. She would be great for an advanced beginner and up.
