As many of you are probably aware, there have been reported and confirmed cases of EHV-1/EHM (neurologic) in Texas and Oklahoma that were confirmed as all having attended a barrel racing competition in Waco, Texas. Additional cases have been reported in Canada as well as Maryland, at least one of these cases has been confirmed as neurologic (EHM) but these cases have not been linked to the barrel racing event.

⭐️There have been 𝐍𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐒 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐚 to date but we urge you to consider limiting any non-essential transport/moving of your horse(s) until this outbreak subsides.
If you have any reason to believe that your horse may have been exposed, quarantine that horse away from any others and contact your vet as soon as possible.

Mia Glace on Miss n the Chips won the Cobb Web cross rail derby
Way to go Mia , with great riding , and a very handy round !! Hunter round 76 and a whopping 79 for her handy round !!!

Los Lagos Equestrian and Danae Boyd riding academy are at the MEC Halloween Spooktacular horse show this week !
We had a great start to the week
All the horses had great rounds getting them ready for their kids tomorrow !!
Big thanks to our assistant Sidney for putting in the work and giving these horses great rides !!
Fantastic first time in the jumper ring for both Anel and Brody , and got ribbons !!
Danny and Sidneys first time in the hunters they placed 2nd , 5th and 7th , getting him ready for Kaelyn this weekend.
And our favorite pony Dolly got her permenant pony card !!
Big thank you to Tino for keeping all the horses well and wonderful

New crossties and wash rack finished
We made them taller , and a bit wider to accommodate both English and western riders .
Space away from the side rails to get saddled up without feeling like you are boxed in !!
New hose reel to keep the space neat and tidy !
