Clover, Petunia, Dandelion, and Poppy — our little Round Up Kids — showed incredible strength after being rescued from under a porch in Granite City. They came to us sick, scared, and covered in "Round Up" a w**d killing chemical. Our team flushed their eyes, noses, and mouths and treated them with multiple rounds of antibiotics.

Because of supporters like you, three of them are now safe in loving homes. But Clover is still waiting for her forever family — and animals just like her are depending on us every single day.

😼🐾 Going to post a few examples of why your Giving Tuesday donations are so important, and what they do.

Mylie was found outside in Madison with a broken leg which was so severe it had to be amputated. It was broken so bad that her paw had died and she had 3 different types of infection in her bone. After several weeks on antibiotics she is healed. 😺♥️

❤️🐾 GIVING TUESDAY 🐾❤️

Today's the day to go from animal lover to animal superhero!

Were calling on our awesome community to team up for the animals who rely on us daily.

You have followed their post for years, Betty Boop, Buddy, Coco Bean, Baby Girl, and all the new kittens and cats that have come into our shelter. Some lost their person, some were injured, some were left out in the cold, some needed a safe place to have their babies. Whatever the reason, when we have room, they are welcome.

We are working on raising funds to insulate the building, to get a new garage door - to keep the winter cold outside and our dogs and cats warm inside. I'm sure the volunteers would appreciate it too. 🥶

Every dollar you donate, has the power to transform a life... and get you major karma points, and who doesn't need major karma points? ❤️🐾

Just want to tell everybody to be careful. Those roads are no joke. We just got back from a meet and greet. It was doing nothing in Belleville at noon. By time we got to Collinsville, it was an ugly mess. Just be careful. Especially if you're on 255. Don't stay on there very long. Drive safely.

We’re not just a rescue, we’re also a sanctuary for the animals who have nowhere else to go. Seniors, medical cases, long-timers who’ve been with us for years. They depend on us because they can’t simply just be placed anywhere. We are their safe place. 🐶😼
