Teach your dogs to be happy with you and ignore other dogs while out working, walking and in public. Polite, well behaved dogs are a joy to be around.

We do not run up to every stranger we see, flap our arms around, hug them, yell in their face and expect them to be our new bestie....in fact, most of us would not tolerate that at all and would try to either get away from the person or lash out....so...it should come as no surprise that your dog behaves the same when way rushed upon.

Walk by, keep moving and remember...it is always OK to say NO to an interaction.

Veracity K-9 Dog Training was established in 2006 by Amanda following graduation as a *certified* Canine Training and Behavior Specialist at Triple Crown Dog Academy in Hutto, Texas.

Amanda has been training dogs from a young age and has had success in competitive Obedience, IGP, Search and Rescue, Agility, Rally, Barn Hunt, Mondio, Dock Diving, Coursing, and more with her own dogs. She has been training professionally off and on since Veracity Dog Training was established in 2006. In addition to training Amanda also has extensive experience as an Animal Care Specialist in the military taking care of Military Working Dogs, Federal Working Dogs, rodents, primates, and equines. You can rest assured that while your dog is here for training they will also have a watchful and educated eye on any potential health issues or concerns that may arise.

Veracity K-9 specializes in pet obedience, house manners, house training, rally, competitive obedience, behavior modification, e-collar training, and service dog training for specific disabilities. Currently we are offering Board and Train packages for all breeds with limited private and group lesson availability.
