Yesterday i got the pleasure of doing some creative grooming on my long time client nugget. He is such a good boy! He is now all ready for the 4th of July celebrations! He will be riding along in the tooele parade with his mommy if you see him out there make sure to say hi!

Boarding is filling up fast for the month of July and August! We have a few select spots left! If you are needing boarding keep in mind, all dogs are required to do a stay trial before being boarded with us. The stay trial is only a few hours during any day of the week besides Sundays. Once completed you never have to do it again and we save that information to your client profile.

Just wanted to hop on and give a heads up that for boarding we are filing up fast for,
Spring break
easter weekend
memorial weekend
And some weekends while kids are out of school for summer break.
Keep in mind we are a smaller boarding kennel (only 12 stalls.) We require rabies, parvo, Bordetella. And a stay trial must be completed before scheduling your boarding dates. It's a one time trial once it's done we save that info in your client profile.

Waggin west grooming and boarding
Hello, i know that during this time pet owners have concerns reguarding the dog virus that has been circulating. I wanted to let my clients know that we have started using the amazing Wysiwash system to disinfect our entire facility. As well as boarding, and our out door areas. Wysiwash is EPA approved pet and people safe disinfecting system that kills bacteria, viruses, and mold.
There are alot of unkowns with this virus, we have started asking everyone who stays with us for boarding to please bring your own food and water bowls. As usual we do NOT allow dogs to mingle or greet any other dogs unless they are from the same family. We will continue to do our best at evaluating dogs who enter our facility for any symptoms. And as always proof of all vaccines are required.
With all these unknowns we know one thing vets are saying is. If you own a high risk dog to try to avoid or use your due diligence when taking them to high dog traffic areas.
High risk dogs are
-elderly
-overweight
-immunocompromised
-underlying heart or respiratory tract disease
-brachycephalic (i.e. squish faced) breeds
-pregnant
-very very young (age before fully vaccinated)
