Miner Hickory Farm & Stables is a family owned business of 300 acres located in the picturesque rolling hills of Western Maryland. We offer year-around horseback riding lessons, trails rides on our 5 wooded trails, RTV farm tours, and short-term boarding for horses or ponies. We have over 30 horses and ponies for various skill levels of riders. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you as you

enjoy your lesson or trail ride. We usually take up to 5 people on a trail ride, we are happy to accommodate families or groups. *maximum weight limit per rider is 250lbs

🎃 Trick or Treat! 🍬 No candy for these guys, but our horses are ready for some Halloween fun with their favorite *treats*—carrots! 🥕👻 All the horses are happy when the carrot lady visits!

This is Jake & Princess, they are rescues, so no work them, they just hang out and keep our trail horses company. And Cosmo, our barn kitty says Boo! 🧡🐴

When: August 16th at 6:00pm with a rain date of August 17th 6:00pm

Come out and join us for a evening ride through the rolling hills of Garrett County and come back to a camp fire for some cowboy grub and to listen to some music around the fire.
