She was the bestest girl while getting her nebulization treatments and she was able to go home to her family! 🏡 💛

Dexter was initially seen by the AEHNT Emergency Department after he was unable to urinate. Radiographs showed he had some stones that were causing the obstruction, so we had our friends at Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center perform a cystotomy, which is a surgical procedure where they go into the bladder to remove the stones and relieve the obstruction. Look at those before and after x-rays! 👀

We are so glad we were able to help Dexter feel better! ❤️

Meet Ume the Kangaroo! 🦘❤️

Ume came into the ER with an injured leg. After an exam with Dr. Carroll, we took X-rays that showed a broken leg. We were able to work with Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center to perform surgery and repair the broken leg.

She stayed in our ICU overnight and then was transferred to Texas Avian & Exotic Hospital for further care. She was a brave girl and received lots of love and care! 💙
