Meet Jupiter! The puppy who can see into your soul! This little guy was so smart. You could see the wheels turning behind his little eyes as he took in our big travel day.

This week I had the pleasure of traveling with this gentleman and his two rescue bichons. His family adores this breed so when they found sisters Journey and Harmony at a rescue in Michigan they knew these ladies would make the perfect addition to their family. But how would they get to their home in Dallas?

That’s where I come in! I offered many options but we ultimately decided on flying together in first class. I had a car waiting in Detroit when he arrived, we drove to the foster to pickup the dogs, and then made our way to the airport to prepare for our flight. These little ladies were the BEST travel companions.

Holy Moly, these two wire haired dachshunds could not have had more opposite personalities!! Mateo (Teo) demanded to be in someone’s arms, or wanted to be exploring and chewing on new things. He was wiggly and funny and was so afraid of missing out on the fun. Whereas Giovanni (Geo), was relieved to have a moment to sleep in peace when he wasn’t rough-housing with his brother. They were a blast to travel with! Even throughout the global IT outage that slowed us down.
