"Boo boo is currently with me as a foster Mommy and woke up first day of freedom, very happy and energized with a positive attitude.

Boo Boo is super calm, and frankly a darling male Bulldog, almost all white, with big big very big brown/green eyes. Someone is going to get a little bulky doll, he is so funny i laughed out loud his delight is infectious. He already knows where the food is kept!

Boo Boo has a very happy disposition and loves: dog play group time, walks on leash, cuddles and kisses. This pup is super cute, calm, quiet no barking overnight even in a strange environment and just a chill guy.

Boo Boo has all shots, rabies and is neutered. He weighs 61 pds at 4 yrs young and is healthy. He has soulful eyes and is very friendly with shelter staff, volunteers and other dogs.

Cats are not tested with the dogs but I will know since I have my own darling cats, also rescued.

Loves children and stays calm around them. Very calm when people walk by with their dogs. Boo Boo was great with children, older children better.”

💜Gorgeous and Sweet, Zara and Golda -- Came in together 8-13-24 and share a kennel. They were both so sweet and gentle (and seemed sad) when I met them through the kennels, though volunteers say they perk up and are affectionate and playful when out in the yard. The shelter is very loud and stressful, and after 3 long months, these girls REALLY NEED OUT.
💜Both girls have shown to be friendly and people social. Golda has fun with other dogs in play groups and likes belly rubs while Golda is Zara's one and only doggy pal.
💜Zara enjoys frolicking in the pools when in the yards. They came to the shelter from the same home, are good buds and would love to go home together, though they can also be adopted or rescued separately. Likely potty trained.
💜They are both spayed females and 7 years old. Golda is 61 lbs. Zara is 73 lbs. Zara may be a Doberman/German Shepherd/pittie mix (guess), and Golda is a pittie.

Courtesy post: those stunning eyes belong to Tucker , a young Catahoula Leopard Hound mix looking for foster/ rescue or a forever home. Sweet, shy but loving, he can be very playful once comfortable with you! Tucker is a joy to be with! He is almost 2 years old and weighs 57 on but is agile and fun loving ! He is generally quiet at the shelter but enjoys company of other dogs ( so not reactive generally) but takes a bit to warm up to human friends. But once he does, he loves getting close to you and when sitting , even looking over your shoulder and kissing you! Courtesy post: Apollo is looking for a forever home or a foster/ rescue. Apollo is a bull terrier. He is bright, exuberant and can be playful. This breed is highly intelligent and does well in an active household where both mind and body are stimulated. They are loyal, playful and can be quite entertaining ! Apollo is 5 years old and weighs 47 lbs. Generally quiet in his kennel, he loves to go out for walks or playtime or time just to hang out with his favorite people in the shelter yards. This is Max. Max is a 6 - 7 year old German Shepherd who is happy and mellow. Max is super fun and loves playing fetch, tug-of-war and going for walks.

But even Max needs some down-time, which is when he can be found hanging out in the backyard, napping, enjoying the weather or quietly playing by himself with his toys.

Max is very trusting of people and has good manners too!

Max already knows most of the basic commands and what he doesn’t know, he is sure to pick up very quickly - not only is Max a fast learner, but he genuinely wants to please his human.

Max is house trained, crate trained and is not destructive. He does not have separation anxiety, doesn’t dig and doesn’t attempt to jump fences- but he SHOULD have a fenced yard.

Max is very low maintenance. He has a vision issue; therefore, he needs slow introductions with other dogs.

Max is neutered and is up-to-date on all vaccines.

UPDATE: ADOPTED from the shelter!

For this sweet, playful Australian Shepard- border collie mix, Tango. Tango is 1.5 years, a neutered male that weighs about 55 lbs. Talk about playing fetch?!
Tango is focused and loves to play fetch with a ball or with soft, squeaky toys. He is good about bringing it back to you and drop it by your feet ( about 95% of the time. About 5% of the time, he just sits down cradling his toy ). He seems very potty trained, food motivated ( so trainable) but his first love is playing fetch! Generally good with other dogs, Tango would
do well with kids willing to play with him or a
family willing to play fetch and walk him . Easy to walk, but very calm and quiet overall in his shelter kennel .
He is vaccinated, chipped and comes with a bed, blanket, food and a crate if needed . He is ready to be your loving companion and loyal friend. Please reach out to me if interested. 530-902-0933

Courtesy post: looking for a kind, patient foster / rescue or a forever home for this sweet 6 year old, girl, named Sweetie . She is possibly a small, grey hound mix. She came to us about 4-5 weeks ago, her breasts full of milk but skinny as a rail, weighing 23 lbs! She was probably abandoned after bearing puppies and may have come from a situation where she was left outside and probably just used for breeding! Her breasts have now receded and milk dried up. She was very skittish and shy but seems to love other dogs! I brought her home for short time foster from the shelter to get to know her away from a crowded shelter and into a quiet home. It took several days to get her to come in the house. She would often enter but freeze. What a different a week oa quiet home life with a small sibling has done. Sweetie is a very content, playful and curious,'little girl girl especially curious about everything human. She loves to come thru the house but chooses to spend a lot of time outdoors. Seems very potty trained and we have been training her in a crate for the nights. After some whimpering, she settles down . She now enjoys being picked up to cuddle and enjoys happy hour with us on the patio cuddling on a blanket. This sweet pup needs a loving but patient home to continue to build her confidence and also continue to build trust in humans. Not much of a walker, she would be content in your yard but would really enjoy doggie friends in the house or neighborhood! .

😍 Precious Pretzel A870704 desperately needs a rescue hero to give him a chance at a full and wonderful life! This dog-and-people loving male German shepherd pup is estimated to be only 4-5 months old. His buddy he came in with has been adopted, and now it's Pretzel's turn.
😍 As you can see in the video, Pretzel has a unique gait, and his legs look unusual. The Bradshaw Shelter vet team has done x-rays, lab work, and there is no concrete diagnosis. X-rays did not show any abnormalities in his bones His condition is possibly due to disproportionate puppy growth, dwarfism or inflammatory bone disease.
😍 Pretzel is 100% an adorable, active and happy-go-lucky puppy. He loves people and enjoys playing with other doggies! He has an extremely sweet disposition.
😍 This precious boy needs a rescue hero to whisk him outta here so he can thrive and mature into the goodest boy! You can see this kiddo in action happily playing with his shelter pals:

😽😽SONNY, THE KITTY-CAT, FOR ADOPTION😽😽

😽 In June of this year, a very scared and skinny young kitty was abandoned on my rural property. A wonderful Scooter's Pals foster mom/local animal advocate named Stacie offered to foster Sonny for me and has done a wonderful job with him.

😽Sonny is now HAPPY AND HEALTHY AND READY TO BE ADOPTED.

😽Sonny is about 1 year old and about 9 lbs. He has been neutered, microchipped, etc. and ready for his forever home.

😽Sonny is very sweet and has tons of personality but may take a couple of days to completely warm up. He is currently living in his foster home with other kitties, a dog, a rabbit and a guinea pig.

💛 BRONZE A864541 is barely more than a pup, and his time is quickly running out. He needs someone to step up & save him! He's friendly, athletic, lovable & has made many friends at the shelter. He’s about 2 years old, neutered, and likely an Anatolian Shep X.

💛 Bronze is quite a smart dog and quickly learned to come when called. He'll even come running while in the play yard when his handler whistles. He is treat-motivated, eager to please, and is already doing well with "sit" and "down."

💛 This microchipped pup came in as a stray and, sadly, did not have an owner reclaim him. As with many young dogs, the shelter environment is very stressful for sweet Bronzie. His 3.5 mo shelter stay is causing him to struggle, lose weight & become frustrated.

💛 Bronzie Boy is dog social & participates in playgroups, however, as time goes on, it’s becoming more challenging to find appropriate playmates for him, which may be due to his current high stress level. He is currently sharing a habitat with another dog.

💛 Bronze desperately needs to decompress in an environment that can meet his physical & mental needs! He eagerly awaits a freedom ride and a family to start his new life. Time is running out!!
