Be careful when you are dealing a a breeder.

Paula Vandergriff Palm, 61, is behind bars, charged with aggravated animal cruelty after 150 dogs were rescued from squalid conditions on a Coweta County property.

Investigators uncovered a horrifying scene, including dogs living in filth, a dead dog being eaten by others, and animals confined in overcrowded pens without shelter.

The case has sent shockwaves through the ethical breeding community, as many of the dogs were purchased under false pretenses from reputable breeders.

“This has shaken our community to its core,” said breeder Janine Neely.

Peggy enjoyed being in a warm and loving foster home this Christmas! She is housebroken, loving, gentle and silly. Great with other dogs, cats and children.

This is the beauty of sharing. One of my friends shared Lindy’s post last night and she was adopted today as a direct result of the share. Sharing is caring! I’m so happy for this sweet momma. She will be spoiled silly and even has a new fur sister! Thank you Laura Christine Grosskopf for sharing!
