We specialize in the safe and correct training of horses and their riders. Instruction is available for the youngest beginner to the most advanced competitors. Our professional staff provides quality horse care and lessons in a friendly atmosphere. New Boston Farm is located in Gray, Maine, barely thirty minutes northwest of downtown Portland.
Trump has been unabashed in visiting and promoting his golf properties in the U.S., Scotland and Ireland. Of his 193 outings all but 3 have been to his courses and require very expensive travel and security costs. If he is reelected the total taxpayer bill will conservatively be over $340 million.

Should probably mention I reinstated my Mass. Instructors licence (from 1974) and am available to teach you on your horse, coach you at shows, or substitute teach for you at your farm. 40+ years of experience teaching people to “speak horse”! Southern MA and cape cod area.
Missing the farm sometimes, the horses, the house, the view but not the responsibility! Meanwhile, the “farm” ( Hearts Retreat/Spirituality Center) next door gives me the opportunity to keep getting dirt under my fingernails.

Do I miss the farm? Yes, sometimes, but I do not miss the responsibility for it.
I am fortunate to have moved to a most incredibly beautiful place. As I sat in the hammock listening to the osprey it occurred to me to share this opportunity with people I know on FB.
Next door is the Sacred Hearts Retreat/Spirituality Center.
Many retreats there are non denominational, just opportunities to enjoy the fabulous grounds (really a spiritual experience) with various themes. July 9-15 there is an "everything under the sun"retreat. People can stay in the lovely manor house, semi private rooms, and use the grounds (woods, trails, beach etc), enjoy great meals, and do their own thing. Embarrasingly inexpensive for what you get!
Come help me in the big community garden, go fishing, swimming, hiking, watch the wildlife. I almost found it hard to believe that such a place exists! So much to do here.
And, I'd love to use your coming as an excuse to have
you over to my place while you are here.

After 40+ years in the horse business, (Wild Wind Stable in Marlborough MA before 1970 NBF) I would welcome not having the responsibility of owning all this farm etc. and being the trainer, instructor, coach, bookkeeper,scheduler,secretary, groom, grounds keeper and complaint department. We are holding an auction here August 30 to sell the farm. Listing price is now $675 down from the original $1,100,000. Realizing that the new buyer would have to have 1. horse experience and knowledge, 2. a great work ethic in order to do everything themselves like I did and not pay a barn manager etc, and 3. the money at least for a solid downpayment. No one seemed to have all three of these
things. Therefore, an auction. I can offer owner financing to
the new owner who offers/bids over $600,000. I plan to continue my career with horses, judging, stewarding and managing horse shows from a new base somewhere near or on Cape Cod. Until farm is sold, auction or otherwise, lessons,
boarding etc continues as always here.
So, now, down to a few horses, a TON OF TACK is for sale at
super inexpensive prices!!!!! Please do not ask me to send photos or list every last thing. We have extra bridles, reins, martingales, breastplates, saddles, blankets, turnouts, sheets, girths, bits, polo wraps, bandages, saddle pads, jump cups, and every thing else! Very busy with horse shows every weekend, however not too busy to catch a few of the baby rabbits running around here.
