🆘🆘 URGENT🆘🆘URGENT 🆘🆘

The shelter is still full even after losing dogs last week. The situation is sad with so many strays and owner surrenders.
Dogs need to be adopted as quickly as possible to save lives. We still have sponsored adoption fees with vetting.
Other dogs are available as well, but these are the ones facing euthanasia if we don’t open kennel space.
Rescues are full and overwhelmed with the need to help animals everywhere.

This madness will never end until people SPAY AND NEUTER their dogs, stop dumping dogs all over the county, stop letting your dogs get pregnant and then want animal control or rescues to take them, reclaim your own dogs when you know they are at the shelter, stop owner surrendering your dogs for ridiculous reasons, stop expecting rescues to save ALL the unwanted animals at the shelter. There just aren’t enough rescues and fosters to keep up with the vast need in shelters.😡

😱😰😨😭 The shelter is full with no open dog kennels at the moment. NO ONE wants to see animals die for space but…6 dogs were brought in yesterday for chasing livestock in a neighborhood. Bringing 6 dogs in made a life and death situation for Cleopatra & Antony. They are good dogs who came in on April 29, 2022, making them the shelter’s longest residents. 😥
Animals are currently sponsored and adoption fees are already paid for Cleopatra & Antony. Please visit and see for yourself the precious animals waiting for a home. We were blessed with over 28 sponsored, meaning “free” adoptions, pre-paid at the shelter. We have a lot still available!
Hurry in on Thursday and help open kennels by adopting.
Cleopatra and Antony need to be the first to be adopted, or they could be the first to be euthanized.

In fact, she has scratched her face so much that around her eyes has been bloody. The shelter doesn’t have the resources to spend money on another dog with skin issues. She looks to be a small bulldog or maybe some Boston terrier in her. She is heartworm negative and needs a rescue! Please help Lynleigh! 🔥🔥🔥RESCUED by ROR🔥🔥🔥🆘🆘🆘 BAILEY needs an adopter ASAP! She came into the shelter on 5/27/21 and has been receiving vet care for her skin. She was thought to have mange or possibly scabies and has been treated for both. She is currently on Nexgard, ivermectin shots, and medicated baths 2 times weekly. She has made improvement and skin scrapes have been negative for any live mites. Hair is growing back on her legs. BAILEY is taking up a much needed kennel space at the shelter! She can’t continue to “live” at the shelter. She would have already been euthanized except for rescue asking to try to further help her skin issues. “A Paw and a Prayer” has been paying for her vet visits and a volunteer has been taking her for her appointments. She is a super good girl who is calm, walks well on a leash, and takes a bath like a champ! 😇 She is approximately 2 years old and is heartworm negative. A sponsor might help her chances of getting out. $110 will pay for her spay, vaccines, rabies shot, and a microchip. Praying that someone will give her a chance because, sadly, staying much longer at the shelter is not an option. 😰🆘😱
