Donations needed: In need of chicken free dog food

🐾 We’re in need of a little help! 🐾

Some of our dogs have special dietary needs — and right now, we’re running low on chicken-free dog food (both dry kibble & wet food). Many dogs with allergies or sensitive stomachs do better on food without chicken, and we want to make sure their bellies stay happy and healthy while they wait for forever homes!

If you’re able to donate, we’d be so grateful! Any food that has no chicken in it (fat, chicken meal, chicken, etc.) is fine!

Happy Monday, Barks & Recreations family! 💙 As we kick off Autism Awareness Month, we’re proud to stand with and celebrate our friends, clients, and community members on the spectrum. All month long, we’ll be highlighting stories of incredible pups and people who inspire us every day, sharing fun facts about autism.

First and foremost, we know the deep pain of losing a fur baby—this year has brought a few heartbreaks to our shop family, and we stand with those grieving. 💔 If you or someone you know is struggling, please consider the Virtual Pet Loss Support Group. It’s a safe, compassionate space for healing.
