Congratulations to Britt Mactavish on winning the drawing for a free entry into the 2025 Tomora Horse Trials!! She became eligible for this by volunteering for a day (she was a rockstar and volunteered multiple days!!). We are so grateful for her and everyone’s help!

All half day volunteers were awarded a free schooling on our cross country course!

As we wrap up a beautiful day, we would like to most sincerely thank our amazing dressage sponsor, NoCO Aesthetics!!

Not only were they your dressage title sponsor, the owner herself volunteered as a dressage test runner! Truly incredible. 👏🏻

They are absolutely incredible at restoring our sun, wind and dirt damaged skin after a long horse show season! Seriously, go see them - you won’t be disappointed.

COMPETITORS:

- Overnight parking: Parking directors will be in place and ready at 1 pm Thursday. All overnight trailer parking is west of the stabling past the row of big bales and roll offs and north of line of big bales. No parking directly in stabling area. Please be orderly when parking trailers.

- Day parking: Once the parking lot is full south of the main barn, all trailers will park west of the stabling in the field. Parking is *north* of the big bales and *west* of the stabling.

- Dunk tanks are provided to make filling water buckets as easy and quick as possible. Please do NOT dip your personal buckets into the dunk tank. A provided bucket is in the dunk tank and must be used to take water from the tank to your bucket. Please don’t set the dunk tank bucket on the ground. It lives in the dunk tank only.

- Videographer: Competitors MUST sign up in advance! www.maebreeranch.com/media or [email protected] or directly via fb messenger Hjelmstad.

- Food truck! We have a fabulous food truck on site all weekend just for your benefit. Please show them some love and support by enjoying their delicious food.

- Competitor’s Party: 6 pm. Indoor arena. Free dinner. Beer sponsored by the famous Weld Werks. Join us for a good time and fun door prizes.

- Please be kind and thank volunteers. It is a tough job and we couldn’t do it without them!
