Today was the Midwest Holland Lop Club double speciality show in Jefferson. Another fun day!! Show A highlight was Freedom Creeks young BJB Crow winning his 3rd class of weekend. ABT’s Olivia BOSV and ABT’s Thunderstruck BOB. Congrats Jenny on BOS, Tracey Deling on BOSV.

Today was what it is all about for me. Rabbit friends that become family. This lady right is an amazing person inside and out. I met her for the first time judging a fun show. I’m proud to have sold one of her first hollands ABT’s Reagan and become her mentor. Her passion for rabbits warms my heart. She is so filled with wanting to learn. It was important for her to learn the basics, how to pick her foundation animals then breed & cull to build her herd. She is well on her way. So today was very special to see this lil homegrown get BOS in youth. Raedyn Im so excited to watch Sunshine Acres Tillys’ journey and we have fuzzy blankets 😉.

We are excited to watch Freedom Creeks Crow (BJB) who hit the the table for the first time this weekend he was 1/11 in both shows and 1/9 on Sunday in the Specialty show. Congratulations to Cole Rupprecht BOB & BOS wins.

Time to figure out where I’m going to put grow outs. For the first time EVER!! I’m going to put 13 DOES into grow out cages. Not good news for the old ladies in the barn.

It’s crazy I can walk through the rabbitry and pick ABT’s Buttons offspring just by their looks. Here she is with a grandson. Love how their forehead markings resemble each other.

When you get to hang out cuz you need your cage cleaned. Might as well sit pretty and tease your humans. This guy is ABT’s Thunderstruck’s mini me. He was fostered at 1day old at Freedom Creek Rabbitry. He came home when he was weaned. Boy has he blossomed.
