🐱 **Cats are the forgotten pets of veterinary medicine.**
We see dogs regularly, only to discover years later that their families have cats we've never met.
Why? They're indoor only. They're not sick. They seem fine.
But here's the thing. **Cats need veterinary care too, and it's about so much more than vaccines.**
Dental disease, obesity, parasites, nutrition, behavior, stress, and especially arthritis and chronic pain are often overlooked in cats. They're masters at hiding discomfort, and we too often dismiss changes in mobility or behavior as "just being a cat."
And I get it. Getting a cat into a carrier, into the car, and into the veterinary clinic can be an Olympic event.
