Reminder!! This weekend of 5/27-29 will be the last weekend the shop will be under the owners of Chad and Kristy Sharp. With great excitement, we are happy to announce that we have found a buyer to take over the aquatic shop. This family has a passion for the hobby and has a great vision for taking what Kristy and I have started and making it even better. We look forward to working side by side with them in the short term. Come in this Sunday to say hello to Chris and Amanda and show them your support. And who knows maybe they will let me slide in occasionally, for old time’s sake.

It is bittersweet but time for us to announce that Sharp’s Aquatic will be closing its doors at the end of May. We have really enjoyed working with the aquarium hobby community these past four years and will miss sharing our time with it. The business and community have treated us well but it is time for us to focus more on family and allow ourselves some downtime. We will be open for normal business every weekend in May but will no longer be taking special orders or bringing new fish or goods into the store.

We would love to keep this hobby in the community and would welcome conversations regarding offers with anyone looking to own and run their own shop.
