As the cooler weather approaches, we feel it is probably the best time to make this announcement. Equestrian Suds will no longer be accepting new customers. We feel we have reached our capacity. This is a great problem to have😊 We do not have the space or water pressure to add an additional washer to our fleet. We have looked at all options and feel this is the best decision. To our current customers...THANK YOU for your patience and loyalty throughout the years. We look forward to continuing to serve you!

For customers reaching out through Equestrian Suds Facebook messenger, I must apologize. Messenger is sending this auto reply "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We received your message & appreciate you reaching out". This is not an auto reply I told it to do and it is random as to who it sends it out to. I am looking into how to make it stop but haven't found any easy fixes. If anyone knows please text or message me. I am a bit annoyed😡 Thank you for understanding❤️

Today is Equestrian Suds 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY....whoot woo🎉🎉🎉 We cannot thank our customers enough for choosing us and of course your patience through a rough year health wise...thank you, thank you, thank you❤❤❤
I thought it would be fun to post some fun games with prizes every week this month.
Week 1: How many bags of blankets do we have in our storage unit (see pic)? Please comment on the post, message me privately or message our business page. The closest guess gets one free blanket washing. Existing and new customers can play! Entries are due Friday June 12 & the winner will be announced shortly after!
P.S. I know it looks like a lot, which it is, but we are confident everyone will have their blankets back before the cold weather hits. It may not look organized either, but I am one of those crazy, ridiculous, organized people. As always if you need anything sooner let us know, we do not charge extra for rush orders.

We moved!!! Well not totally but we did add storage space as we were bursting out of our garage (its a great thing😊) It also allows us to continue to wash blankets and have a place to store them in case barn owners want to postpone delivery due to Covid 19. Please stay safe and healthy❤

Many of you already know this because we are facebook friends, so I apologize for the repeat, but need to let all of our customers know. On Friday I was in a freak accident dismounting my horse (something we all do a zillion times) which left me with a completely torn ACL and meniscus. Surgery is in my near future, there are just a few hurdles to overcome. Recovery is longer than I want🤣
Corey and I have decided to keep the business up and running during this time. We love what we do & our customers are the best❤ Fortunately, spring is here so blankets are no longer needed. You may find turn around times a bit longer especially for winter wardrobes, but we promise you will have them back before next season. Sheets, saddle pads, fly sheets, fly masks, towels, boots & wraps will be done in a more timely manner. We have plenty of storage & would be more than happy to pick up blankets & store them until we can get them washed. Please if you need something urgently or have concerns, let us know. We still want to provide the best customer service yet take the time to heal completely.

ATTENTION ALL EQUESTRIAN SUDS CUSTOMERS
As of January 1, 2017, the Equestrian Suds business telephone line (920) 323-0960 will no longer be in service. Over 95% of our customers are using my cell phone number (920) 680-1664 to text and call for pickup or with questions. You will still be able to contact us through our Equestrian Suds page or can message me through my page as well. We are in the process of getting all of our marketing materials switched over to the cell phone number and are hoping this will be a smooth transition.

I just realized it was one year ago today that Corey & I purchased Equestrian Suds from Shawna & Arron Peterson. I cannot thank them enough for helping us with the smooth transition & the enouragement & support. A huge thank you to all of our customers for making this an awesome year & cheers to many more to come!!!
