It's like a modern-day Bob Ross and Jane Goodall are making a live show with Sotheby's Auction House to save wild orangutans. 🎨🦧🙋‍♂️🖼👩‍⚖️

This live charity fundraiser will, quite literally, paint a picture of conservation efforts while teaching all about orangutans, and introducing you to the folks saving them from extinction.

Join wildlife presenter, Stephanie Arne (former host of Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom), and wildlife artist, Timothy Davison, as they teach about our third-closest relatives on the planet.

Throughout the evening, there will be:

- Fun games, polls, and quizzes
- Guest Interviews with Orangutan Experts & Conservationists
- Engaging Educational Presentations
- Live Oil Painting
- Live Auction of TWO Original Paintings to benefit AZA's Orangutan SAFE Program

Want to help, but can't afford an original oil painting - donate a few bucks to the Creative Animal Foundation via the 'donate' button - 100% of the evening's donations which will be given directly to Orangutan SAFE's conservation efforts save and protect orangutans in the wild.

BREAKING NEWS: On the same day we premiered our short film about the nest project, we got new data from Bird Island. It's breeding season, and an incredible 93% of the nests are occupied!

Better yet, there are eggs in 84% of the nests already.

Staggering numbers! The careful design is paying off, and the birds know these artificial burrows will keep their chicks safe. This is why we need to build more of them.

We're celebrating! Give our team a virtual congratulatory toast with a “like.” Thanks for being part of our community -- please keep sharing! 🐧

We are finalizing the “Saving Penguins,” script before the final voice-over recording. We are doing the best we can to do this story justice because these endangered, heat-stressed penguins deserve all a chance at survival. We will premiere the film the week of November 11th!

It is far from a complete ban, but it is a good move ..."India is taking bold steps to reduce its plastic pollution by banning six different types of single-use plastics: plastic bags, cups, plates, small bottles, straws, and certain types of sachets.

The ban is expected to reduce the country's annual plastic consumption, an estimated 14 million tons, by about 5%."

This is what real leadership looks like.

Time for a reusable and recyclable option for the “red cup.”
FYI- Americans recycle less than 3% of our plastics and What we did recycle, we sold to China to recycle but they are no longer accepting our plastic. Therefore, we need to switch to alternatives and avoid plastic as much as possible until America comes up with a solution within our own country.
