Hi everyone! Just a quick update to let you know we’re doing all right here. Yesterday, Heather Becker wasn’t able to make it in, and my car got stuck in the driveway when I tried to head out—fun times!Rest assured, all the dogs, cows, and horses are being well cared for.

Huge shoutout to Marsha for coming down and taking care of the mama and puppies—thank you so much, Marsha!

I’ve got plenty of videos to share with you when I have the time. I may not be on much this weekend because I’m staying busy, but I wanted to take a moment to share this video from earlier. I was ecstatic that I got the cows and horses their grain—it was such a win! I hope it makes you smile and eases any worries about what’s going on at the Rescue.

We’re diving into the archives to share some heartwarming moments from our rescue’s history. On January 8, 2017, Robin Murphy’s husband lined up their four adorable rescues, all eagerly waiting for treats! Fun fact: these four pups were four of their 58 foster fails—and the reason Robin officially “fired herself” from fostering! 🤣😂🤣

Hi Everyone, We had a visit with Dr. Sarah today, and she believes the swelling in Kimie’s neck is due to her cancer now affecting her lymph nodes. To help her feel more comfortable, Dr. Sarah has started her on Prednisone, an appetite stimulant, and liquid Gabapentin.

Right now, we’re at Laura’s, and Kimie is happy. She enjoyed a long walk this afternoon, full of exploring and adventure, and she ate a very good dinner tonight. It’s such a relief to see her spirits lifted after a difficult day yesterday. Dr. Sarah also explained to us how painful cancer in the bone can be. She said if Kimie stops eating for three days in a row, it will likely be our sign that the pain has become too much for her. Until then, we are watching her closely and ensuring she is as comfortable and happy as possible.

Thank you, angels, for all the love and support you’ve shown us. It means the world to me. For now, tonight is a good night, and we are cherishing every moment. Much love to all!

Happy New Year! I was attempting to make a new year message for everyone with Beacon. Here you go! We will be live streaming between five and six today.
