Clocked a 15.206 to place 2nd in 1D Racin' for Cash @ Lucky J Steakhouse & Arena on Saturday. Then came back on Sunday & clocked a 15.178: 5th in the 1D. Both days out of 146 runners!

The most consistent horse I will ever have the privilege to ride. many many many runs down the alley with Blue boy and will never take any of them for granted. Forever my heart horse 💙

|| After a 90 day tune up/barrel training this girl returned back to her owner. Had to privilege to finish out her handle of neck reining, flying lead changes, controlled stop, side passing, etc. along with a beginning foundation of the barrel pattern. ||

☆ ☆ Her first jackpot to exhibition at! Wasn’t scared of the banners (those are scary ok), loud music, or anything. Handled it like a pro! Loped me a pretty, correct pattern with a rider error on second because I didn’t realize she had already switched leads before cue, which is fantastic! 🤩 made me proud! On to the next one to work on consistency in different arenas. ☆ ☆

•• 20ish rides on the pattern for this girl and she’s picking it up like a pro! After the 45 day tune up it helped her put it all together on the pattern. She’s already loping and doing flying lead changes going into that second barrel. 👏

taking her to her first exhibition tonight: this is great for horses starting the pattern to go ahead and begin hauling them to exhibitions so they can put it all together with different arenas! ••

❖ 3 y/o mare owned by Ashley Sides • coming to me green broke for a total of 90 days for a tune up and barrel training. Tune up will include ground work, fix any bad habits, leads, leg pressure, shoulder/rear end work, neck reining etc. once those are achieved we will dive in barrels! Will be posting updates throughout her training. ❖ 🤩

Let Fergie have her head around the barrels last week and she did nothing but impress the heck out of me! 🤩 she didn’t see the pattern for the time but 5 months ago and wasn’t really consistently in training for them until 3ish months ago...
