💥💥 GROOMING ANNOUNCEMENT 💥💥:

Due to several no-shows this past week, there will be a new policy set.

All I ask, is to be informed ahead of time if something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, please don’t no-show on me, and have me waiting around… have respect as I provide a very personal experience grooming one on one.

I understand life happens, and that appointment occasionally need to be canceled or rescheduled due to other events or conflicts.

With that being said, please reach out 48 hours in advance to cancel, or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.

Understand a missed appointment is a loss of income to a small business so therefore if you cancel on me last minute without a 48 hour notice, there will be an up charge. Canceling twice in a row you will also be charged double plus required to pay in advance. Third time you will no longer be allowed to make an appointment.

Arriving 20 minutes late or more will be considered a missed appointment , and you will be required to reschedule.

Lastly, please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time as it makes me feel rushed grooming the dog I’m working on. I strive to give full attention to one dog at a time as it makes your fur baby feel more relaxed and safe.

I hope everyone understands this new policy set.
