Mom Kathie Giesen is making my food for the month:

Lots of protein: beef liver, chuck roast, ground beef, ground lamb, ground turkey, chicken breast, chicken gizzards, liver, hearts, unsalted beef broth with black pepper and turmeric
Then the veggies: sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, peas, broccoli
And the rest: brown rice, blueberries, Greek yogurt, pumpkin, kale, eggs (w/shell)
Oils: salmon, almond, flax seed and ground flax seed

I will have my 3 original flavors of pumpkin, blueberry and peanut butter w/honey and my new flavor apple cinnamon twists. I will also have my paw balm with a new essential oil of Frankensense.
