We had some wonderful dogs this past month. The month of July just flew by! Although we were closed for a few days we still had ALOT of dogs come and get groomed. Make sure everyone is on flea/ tick control because they are really bad this year. Unfortunately I have had to bomb the shop a few times In the past couple weeks because of dogs with fleas. I am currently about 3-4 weeks out on appointments right now. Call, text, or message for your dogs appointment. Thank you for all your patience. Part 1 of 2.

The roads are terrible right now! County roads and highways are still snow covered and very slick. Slowwwwwwwww down 🐢🐢 We've already had 3 slide off's this morning.

There are too many people driving too fast for these conditions. 😑😑

Our officers are responding to many weather related crashes and slideoffs. The list of slideoffs is growing, please slow down and give yourself plenty of time this morning. The road conditions have been deteriorating as this weather system moves through.

all the fire departments in the county need help. We’ve heard all the excuses. I can’t commit to (fill in the blank), I’m not always available, I’m too young/old, I don’t know anything about it. They are just excuses. We are all volunteers. We can when we can and we can’t when we can’t.

This is an incredible job you get paid for in ways that aren’t money. If you’ve ever thought about it, contact the VFD in your area. The hardest part, is walking through that station door the first time.

We all live in the communities we serve. How can you make a difference?

Big or small, we do them all! After coming back from a week of vacation and a 4 day weekend for Memorial Day/Indy 500 weekend, we have been extremely busy.
