We apologize if some of the shelves are a little scarce these days but this time of the year is spent in the woods to make sure the upcoming sugar season is successful! 🍁 When we both work full time jobs besides maple it takes a little time management juggle act but we are just about ready! And add the new evaporator into the mix this year too! We have changed out 18,000 feet of tubing, 1,200 new drop lines installed, and over 600 spouts changed! The new evaporator is all hooked up, plumbed in and ready to make some steam... We fired it up today for the first time! Sugar season is almost here folks! 🍁❤️
