Why I do what I do:
Meet Huey, a Blackjack Animal Rescue pup from LA. When I picked him up, along with a gorgous red Catahoula girl, he had spent his whole life either fending for himself, or in a shelter. He had been in some kind of accident that dislocated his hip, which he needed surgery to fix. He was scared, and unsure of what lied ahead.
He was fostered locally to me, so I got to know him pretty good. He was full of life and energy, and had a lot of love to give. He stole my heart on our trip home. I had recently had to lay our GSD to rest, leaving our Sassy by herself. Our house just isn't a home without at least two dogs, and Huey still held a special place in my heart. So, we adopted him and he will never have to worry about where he lives!
So, why do I tell you all of this? Because I understand how stressful it is, not only for the fur-parents, but also for the pets that are being transported. I provide private transports so that each pet has the love and attention needed to overcome fears and have a safe and secure transport to their new home. My "passangers" get out and stretch their legs at every stop (in the vehicle if under 18 weeks old and not fully vaccinated). I carry on conversations with them, or sing to them. I spoil them with cheese and beef jerky (if allowed by owner/breeder). We see interesting places and check out new smells.
Making sure these babies get from their pick up location to their drop off safely, securely and as quickly as possible is what drives me to offer a premiere service, for both the you and your pet.
