Dogs are family, and we believe they should have a vacation when you take yours! We provide a comfortable "cozy" place for your dog to enjoy his/her stay while your away. Socializing is healthy in building confidence and giving your dog the outlet they need to just have some fun! Dogs are never cooped up and are free to lounge and socialize with other dogs in a homelike setting. Everyone has their own "suite" for sleeping and mealtime. Inside lounge areas with TV or soothing music, grooming & bathing available. Large outside grassy play areas for naps, or some fetch! Homemade dog treats, lots and lots of affection and one on one attention! Naps come often, there's plenty of soft surfaces & beds for a cozy nap. Heaven on earth for your beloved k9 companion, just like home!

POLICIES/REQUIREMENTS
All dogs must pass a temperament evaluation.
(Show no signs of aggression/non-reactive with other dogs, people, toys, or food. Dogs attending must be over 1 year old, 100% HOUSEBROKEN (No p*e p*e pads/belly bands), well mannered, confident & non-destructive). This is the best to create a perfect dynamic for safety and an enjoyable visit.
Please remember that your dog will be spending time with other dogs and the safety and health of the pack is our main concern.
Evaluations are FREE with completion of boarding/daycare agreement & copy of Driver's License. Evaluations are by appt only. For best results we recommend a day of daycare once or twice before your scheduled vacation departure. This gives assurance for your pet that he’s not going to be left and will remember what a great time he had!
HEALTH UPON ARRIVAL
Must show proof of current vaccinations: DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus ), Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough) AND Negative F***l Exam (Intestinal worms) within the last 90 days.
Must be Spayed or Neutered for at least 1 month.
CLEAN, & NO FLEAS PLEASE
All dogs must be clean and in good health, and must not have fleas (we strongly recommend that your dog receive some form of monthly topical flea treatment plan. Dogs INFESTED with fleas will NOT be able to attend. No exceptions. Dogs that arrive filthy and stinky will require a bath immediately and charged to your account at regular price.
Dogs recently adopted from Animal Shelters/Control must have lived in your home for at least 2 full weeks before applying.
All dogs must be wearing a quick-release cloth collar and must be on a leash upon entry. No metal, pinch, choke, beaded or studded collars will be allowed in the daycare area.
For the safety of your pet. Owner must provide written authorization to allow anyone else to pick up their dog, and people who are authorized by you will be required to present valid picture identification to ensure the safety of your dog. NO EXCEPTIONS, Thank you.
FEEDING
We request that you bring your dog's regular food to avoid causing possible digestive issues (diarrhea, etc). We ask that your dog's food be divided into separate meals and be labeled with your Dog's name and any special feeding instructions (feeding time, adding water, elevating food, etc.). If you forget to bring your dog's food or you don't bring enough for their stay, we will gladly provide our premium grain-free food at a charge of $4-$8 per day depending on dog's size (please note that changing your dog's regular food will most likely result in diarrhea). Also, we may provide our guests with small homemade treats throughout the day - please let us know if your dog's diet won't allow treats, as some of our homemade biscuits contain a small amount of fat.
MEDICATIONS
We are happy to give oral or topical medication to your dog, but require the following:
1. All medications must be in their original container and must include your dog's name.
2. The name and strength of the medication.
3. Directions including dosage, number of times per day, how it is to be given, illness to be treated, areas to be treated, etc.
Dogs with special needs may incur additional charges.

WHAT TO BRING FOR DAYCARE?: Quick-release collar, we supply treats, or you may bring your own.
FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING, please bring all food, (no rawhides or greenies, please), medication, toys, bedding that can be laundered in a washer and dryer and anything else that you would like your dog to have when in their rest & bedtime suite (anything with familiar smells such as shirts, blankets, etc. will help your dog settle in comfortably). Please do not bring food or water dishes as we supply them. We're not responsible for any bedding/toys that get destroyed.

GROOMING & BATHING
Grooming/Bathing available Tues only. Bathing available for boarding guests Mon-Sun...Grooming available for Boarding guests if their visit falls on Grooming days. No Grooming will be available on the weekends.
Grooming prices base start at $50 and will vary depending on breed, size, temperament, style, and condition of coat. Includes nail trim, a**l glands expressed if needed, & ears cleaned.
Bath only prices base start at $25 according to size-and includes nail trim, a**l glands expressed if needed, & ears cleaned.
If boarding, and you want your dog groomed or bathed before going home, please let us know when you drop off. Failure to do so, may result in not being able to accommodate the request.
We do not SHAVE/STRIP double/triple coated breeds. (Samoyed, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Sheltie, Pomeranian, Eskimo Spitz, Great Pyrenees, German Shepherd, Akita, Corgi, etc.) We believe dogs stay cooler/warmer in their natural coat providing it is maintained by a professional on regular grooming schedule throughout the year. With regular brushing & combing at home in-between. Shaving these types of coats can cause alopecia (Balding).
Sorry, NO YEARLY GROOMING breed clipped dogs (Schnauzers, Poodles, Shih Tzu, Cocker Spaniels, etc) You'll need to find a Veteranarian that has a groomer. Chances are your dog will have some underlining skin/health issues that will need to be addressed.

Owners understand that supervised off-leash socialization and interaction between our guests is encouraged. Owners also acknowledge that dogs are unpredictable in behavior, and are aware of the risks involved in such play, and assume all risks.
Consecutive No Shows/No Call to cancel whether Grooming or Boarding will not be tolerated.
